We stayed Estancia el Olivo for 6 days just after Easter. The hotel was special, close to the main plaza, which is the most beautiful in Colombia. Both Heli and Ruby (the hosts) were impecable and catered tom our every need and constant baggering for information about things to do etc
Ville de leyva is a special place in Colombia, I have lived here 3 years and thsi was my first time to this wonderful colonial town. The people are warm and welcoming and there is plenty to see an do.
I highly recomend staying at the Estancia el Olivo and enjoying the wonderful hospitality and clean, modern, stylish rooms on offer.

In April 2009 we visited Estancia EL Olivo. A relaxing stay in a low season.
We enjoyed the garden with a cup of coffee in the morning before a good breakfast.
Ruby and her husband Heli are very friendly. Her English is better then our Spanish, we have learned many Spanish words.
Our two children had an unforgettable week. The kids had a great time in the yard with the ball, the dogs, the turtle and the bird.
They were both born in Colombia and relive again the positive memories of Colombia. Ruby and her husband have sponsored that.
We have enjoyed your hospitality and comfort. We had a great time!
